Registration

In order to access all areas of MyPraize.com and use this Web site, you must first complete the registration form and create a username and password. During registration you asked to give contact information (such as name and email address). We may use this information internally, within MyPraize LLC to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Also, your email address is used to verify your account.

You have the option to provide demographic information, such as gender, age, and the State or Country in which you live. We encourage you to submit this information so we can provide you a more personalized experience on our site.

Some of the communications that you may receive from us, if you elect to receive them, are newsletters, emails regarding new releases, upcoming promotions, etc.

MyPraize LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on MyPriaze.com. MyPraize LLC collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

For example… We may tell a College or University that “We have 25,000 members between the ages of 16 and 19. No personal information will be released, unless you have personally, and specifically asked us to release your information to a College or University.

MyPraize LLC only shares information with other parties when a specific request by the user is given.
