I think he likes you, I would however urge caution, I don't know the gentlemen, and would be weary as to his motives. In reference to your question about asking him out. DON'T. That's the guy's office, we need the chase, if that makes any sense. I'm old fashion conservative, but I'd say don't go out with him before he talks to your father.
