That\'s just wrong. And the whole dancing and rock music thing, dancing doesn\'t make you a tramp, and rock music can have a positive influence. Ever heard of Christian rock? Last year, at my school (I go to a school that is doubles as a baptist church, though the school isn\'t specifically Baptist), we used a Bob Jones University Bible workbook, and they said that rock music isn\'t pleasing to God,and just because it has positive lyrics, it still not acceptable for God. That\'s what the workbook said, but my teacher disagreed and used Jeremy Camp as an example. As far as I know, no where in the Bible does it say \"Thou shalt not dance\" or \"Thou shalt not listen to Christian Rock music just because God doesn\'t like the sound of booming guitars.\" Please correct me if I\'m wrong. Taking it as far as to not allow him to go to his own graduation is overly extreme.
