There\'s very little in the bible that can be used in an argument against homosexuality. Jesus certainly didn\'t say anything about it. Most arguments are made using Leviticus, or the story of Sodom and Gammora. Leviticus labels homosexual sex as \"an abomination.\" The same term, abomination, is used to describe eating or even touch the meat or skin of a pig. In this case, football (the ball is made of pig skin) is an equal abomination to gay sex. Leviticus also says you shouldn\'t mix two kinds of fabric so cotton polyester blends are abhorrent to god. Same thing with planting two kinds of plants in the same field, which of course is ridiculous considering the symbiotic relationships many crops share (the three sisters for example, beans, squash, and corn all create an important balance when planted together in the chemical makeup in the soil and help the others to grow). So I believe we can honestly say that Leviticus is a bit outdated. As for Sodom and Gammora, I\'m of the opinion that it was the subject of rape and cruelty to strangers that is the focus of the story, and the reason they were destroyed. People who think its homosexuality are way out in left field.
