Now that I finally got my top 20 favorite otaku list out of the way and finished, I've decided to go into another list that I would like to share. Anime intros. Yes, I do know that a lot of you have seen or read this kind of list over a million times, but now I believe its my turn. Hopefully, this might be the last list you will ever hear from anyone! I will only mention this once, and only once. So, here's my top 10 favorite anime openings. 10. Neon Genesis Evangelion As I mention from my top 20 greatest otaku, I still love the show, but still have some issues with it. The one thing I couldn't stand was the words to this song. If you have read what the words are translated, you will understand that its trying to tell you that the world is depending and pouring all of their hopes on the boy. They're talking about Shinji Ikari! Come on! He's a loser! However, if you forget what the lyrics are in English, you get to hear one heck of an epic song. If any of you have ever listened to the rest of the song, its even better! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kFhPVAhV_o Now, the new movie on the other hand, I haven't got the chance to watch it yet. It's been on my list of movies to watch. So hopefully, I will get to do a review on it sooner or later. 9. Lucky Star I've never seen this show all the way through. I think its kind of funny, and enjoyable to watch. I only saw at least 2 episodes of it at least. But I can't resist this one intro. It's colorful, and so much is just going on at the same time. Its fun to watch and you can't get it out of your head once you start to listen to it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ViEH57xQu1c 8. Samurai Jack Don't get me wrong, I don't like American anime at all. And yes, that does include Avatar: The Last Airbender. But don't you dare try to make me go see the movie, just so you can see a review of it from me. But I do love watching this one show. Its still on Boomerang, and it still hasn't lost its edge. But I will admit, I love listening to the opening. I am never into listening to anime intros that has a rap theme to it, such as One Piece, but this one is catchy and very easy to pick up and learn from. It gets trapped in your head, like Lucky Star, and will never get away from you. I wish the show could have continued, but due to Mako's death, as some of you are probably familiar with from the Nostalgia Critic, the show was then canceled, and we will never get to see if Jack will ever go back to the past. For those of you who never watched this show, I say you go check this one out. You won't be disappointed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6jgDEmW9nlU
