Baptism Question

I have been baptized before, and have been thinking about getting baptized again. There have been people that don't think it's a good thing, but they haven't given me any Scriptural evidence to support that. Anyone have anything say about it? Positive or negative. I have examined Scripture and saw what was right by my understanding. It's not that I feel like I have a better understanding than he does, it's just that mine fits what I think Scripture is saying. If other people disagree with it, that's fine.

okay i hav a theology question big time if a little baby like a new born dies(so sad:() would it go to heaven?
