I don't know why they want to compete with Blu-Ray, which has the same capacity for 8 layers at 25G each. Although, I'm not sure anyone's actually CREATED an 8 layer Blu-ray yet.

Man, why can't someone in this world at least make a 16-layer CD so that I can put on every single Led Zeppelin songs on one disc instead of switching one disc after another to listen my songs when I am driving my car. Now that would be awesome and it will put my problems away for good.

well read some of the reviews on the site. cds are scratch prone and unless the get incased the will still get scratched. flash cards are the best media now they are almost dirt cheap (15$ for 2gs!).
