But you didn't [i]specify[/i] you were specifically speaking of romantic love. Still not true anyway though. Even if romantic love is very important, that doesn't mean you will fall in love with all of your opposite-sex friends.

In fact, it says that there is more to it than that... I was just stating one factor that I think is involved. It is a factor that I say helps make it more likely, but doesn't necessarily mean it will happen... Some people do fall for all of their friends of the opposite sex... As to the full reason why, I can't say. All I can put forth is something I think may be a factor... As to other factors, I can't say... Maybe some of the people that do fall for all of their friends of the opposite sex can tell you what the factors are... You'll have to ask them... :P

While the statement might be true for [i]some[/i] people (although I have yet to met anyone who has fallen in love with every single friend they have of the opposite sex), that doesn't make the statement true, since he made it as a blanket statement about all guys and girls. It's not true about all guys and girls, therefore it's not a true statement. If the statement were something along the lines of "for some people, they can be friends with the opposite sex, but at some point they will fall for the other person, etc." then I'd agree that was true :P But because saying "Guys and girls" without qualifying is basically saying "all guys and girls," it's a false statement. IMO.
