*lil-rush- Seriously, I would tell you all a lot more of mine AND my friends reason's for being "emo" as people call it (thats what we get called, not what we choose to be) but I'm not really allowed under promises to my friends, and court order. Lets just say I told you some the happiest moments in the past 4 months of my life (I won't say my entire life has been horrible, but eh, the last little part of it has pretty crappy for the most part...but I have awesome friends thank God so I am dealing with it). I feel sorry for what Job had to go through, but when you have his kind of faith then I guess you don't really get too depressed...I don't have that type of faith sorry to say, I am in between not believing and really starting to beleive for real...sooo yeah. And like you said, unless you go through something tramatic, then you don't know how I feel. I don't know about most "emo" people, but me, and my two best friends have our resons. And we don't bother people with our problems usually...and I hate screamo music for the most part (thats all my one friend will listen too, though he ACTUALLY likes it, so eh, w.e. I'm more of a rock and country girl meself.) *xhopefull11x- Ok, sorry I thought you were like bashing all "emo" people there for a minute, sorry to blow up on like that I just get tired of defending myself all the time and all the crap that comes along with doing so. *sonicroxie I know you feel, I have to see one too...its really no fun. They don't seem to help too much...but they do help a little so eh, who knows, maybe me and my crazy self will actually start to feel happier.

They walk around acting like they have 'the worst life in the world' when in reality they don't. They don't go hungry, they are fully clothed, and they have a roof over their heads. They have no right to act like people are treating them incorrectly, they are getting just what they want- to be left alone. There are so many people out there who have truly horrible lives and they are some of the happiest people. They enjoy the slightest things. While these emo people stay at home and are brats about everything. It's just not right.
Really? Is that what you think all emo people are like or just guys? Just so you know I have MY own reasons for being what people consider "emo" and I really do have problems with people saying that they are brats for being depressed...obviously you have never really been hurt too bad or you wouldn't say all of that... Try getting you mom WANTING you dead, saying you are a worthless whore, beat the crap out of you for NO reason, and then act like you are stupid and inconsiderate for not thinking she the greatest person on earth. Or how about her NEVER letting you forget something you did and are TRULY sorry about, but she doesn't care because it gives her a reason to complain and say more bad crap about you! Or how about the fact that almost EVERYONE thinks you are a freak because you are different, and when you DO try to become friends with people they pretend to be your friend then stab you in the back by using whatever little bit of a secret you told them againt you, and then go and steal the guy you like. I could go on, but I really don't want to seem like a brat. This same situation goes for my best guy friend....
No, I understand being depressed over things such as that, but most people are 'emo' because it's "in". I know quite a few 'emo' people, and they are only 'emo' because others think it's cool, or for attention. I wasn't talking about all 'emo' people. People that actually have reasons for being 'emo' can (and usually do) rise above this depression stage and move on. whereas the people who have to reason to be emo never try to get better.
Uh, "emo" is not in... I get tormented at school because they think that i'm emo. Then again, am emotionally unstable. But don't worry, i'm seeing a theripist. **Again, sorry if I made spelling mistakes. I'm not feelling well right now.
I am really sorry that you do get tormented. But at some schools or places or whatever, "emo is in", and other places it's not, I guess...
