well my boyfriend is4 months younger than me. 2 me if the person is at a similar maturity level as u, then go 4 it. but if not, guard your heart bucz, u never know what can happen. so be safe with ur decision and stay true 2 wat God says. LexiB) ;) :cheer:

:sigh: Boys! Even though I'm 49, I have *never* forgotten my feelings about boys when I was a teen. I would daydream for hours and hours. I have learned that when I'm first attracted to another person it is infatuation, which lasts about 30 days. I found it best to use this 30 days of intensely watching another person to ask myself questions and compared it to my "what I want in a guy" list. To thine own self be true. Always. My suggestion to all teens is to make friends and more friends and more friends. It takes time for a relationship to develop from a friendship. And besides, if you find yourself being hassled by a creep, you'll have a lot of friends to help. When my daughters turn 18 (3 of them have), I tell them to leave the boys behind and find a man who is at least 25 and has had the same job for two years. One of my daughters (at age 24) did just that. He is 28 and has worked the same job for 5 years. She is so happy and now my 21 year old has decided to do the same. There are always problems in life to challenge relationships, but maturity and not having to worry about being able to pay the rent makes it so much easier to face these challenges. My grandma told me, "when poverty walks in the door, love flies out the window". In the meantime, enjoy your teen years, make lots of friends and remember that your best friend is God.
