I'm happy to help with the website if you need it, pinkee. I've set up quite a few forums before so I can show you good hosts and troubleshoot. Feel perfectly free to turn me down, though, if you want to try this out yourself. I'm all good either way ^_^ Feel free to shoot me a PM anytime.

I figured we'd study anything and everything... Just share with each other what God puts on our hearts to share and have a discussion over it and all that good stuff. I've never done this before, so this is new to me. I will be sure to post when we have the site up and running with the link and rules/whatever.
