"Heart of Gold" "These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith--of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire--may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed." 1 Peter 1:7

"Faithful Witness, Answered Prayer." In Psalms, the moon is called a "faithful witness." And according to legend, ladybugs first appeared as the result of prayer. (For the full story, feel free to look up "The Legend of the Ladybug.") This ladybug features a purple heart that replaces one of her star crossed spots because so many of us are wounded in our Christian walk, yet we still stay strong in our faith to accomplish great things for God. Sometimes even just getting out of bed is a great feat when the wounds are raw and fresh! But God gives us strength to keep going, and His Faithful Witness is always there to testify to seeing it all. And to witness the prayers God answers. If you're feeling down and hopeless, remember: God sees your pain. He has others out there who see it too. Whether you know who they are or not, He has other Believers praying for your comfort, strength, vindication and victory. Anndd...He'll make sure to send a ladybug as a sign from time to time that He *definitely* still answers prayers. ;-D

"Your True Worth is found NOT in the size of Your Wallet, but in the Size of Your Heart." No matter WHAT is going on in your life, no matter what lies someone tries to tell you--even the voices in your head--You ARE Treasured. You are PRICELESS. YOU HAVE *NEVER* BEEN A MISTAKE! God created you ON PURPOSE, FOR A PURPOSE! You are loved. Not one tear has ever fallen without purpose. This too shall pass. And on the other side is strength, power, beauty and joy unspeakable. NEVER, *EVER* GIVE UP!!! (Art is sized for a phone wallpaper, 1080 x 1920. If you can, you're welcome to download it from here as encouragement when you need it.)

https://www.instagram.com/p/DKzg4tjsuoC/?igsh=MWd… Thought I would share since I had an encounter a little over a week ago now that was similar. God truly *is* the God of all comfort. And He really *does* use our past heartaches and pain to comfort and strength to others when they have nothing left in themselves. No tear falls without purpose. God counts every one and uses them to water the beautiful flowers He intends us to become.

I've been practicing with my digital art a little more, but when I go to save, it's been looking like it's cutting part of my work off. Kind of frustrating after all that work! Sooner or later, God will help me figure it out, though! :-D Between now and then, I hope you like what *is* visible! :-D Take care and God bless! :-D

I was playing around with digital drawing on my tablet again tonight, so this is what I came up with. Hope you all like it! "True Worth is not found in the size of your Wallet, but in the size of your Heart." :-D

Saw this at our local Goodwill and thought I'd share. Maybe I can make a new cross stitch pattern out of it when I get some time! :-D

Progress on the front panel of Blue Willow Butterfly Prayer Cloth in Pink as I've been Cross Quilting through Monday night, May 5. All I really have left to do now is the upper left wing, the inside of the border on the left and top, and then to go around the outside border. Once that's all finished, I'll fray the edges, wash and allow to dry flat. If I'm in more of a hurry, I may press it dry. But I'm a bit hesitant to do that because there are iridescent/opalescent fibers that have been woven in with the white cotton and I don't really want to risk damaging them. Especially after all the stitching I've done. Anyway, I just wanted to share some progress pics before going to bed. Hope you all enjoy! :-D Take care and God bless, all you lovely people! :-D
