48 Hour Film Project

So, for roughly two weeks, I've barely been on MyPraize. There are many reasons for this and I anticipate me only being on a little bit in the near future as well (although I'll have more of a presence in the near future than in the recent past), but one of the reasons is that two weeks ago I participated (directed, produced, ran a cam, and edited) in the 48 Hour Film Project. For those unfamiliar with the project, on Friday night at 7pm my team pulled a genre out of a hat (we drew Film de Femme). After this, they told all of the teams a line of dialogue, the name and occupation of a character, and a prop that each of us had to put into our film that had to be between four and seven minutes long. This film had to be written, filmed, edited, and on a DVD, miniDV tape, or flashdrive by 7pm on Sunday. Once my brother called me and told me the details, me and my coworker, Michelle, who also participated, clocked out at work and went to get some eats and brainstorm. I pitched an idea, she liked it, we went back to the hotel we filmed at, and she wrote it up while we waited to meet our actress for the first time who had responded to my desperate craigslist posting that same day. The following is the product of that madness: Introspect ***WARNING: CONTAINS SOME STRONG LANGUAGE*** (I didn't write it)

First of all, mazel tov on your film. Secondly, what was the line of dialogue and what was the prop?

The line of dialogue was "I'd love to know what goes on in there" (and had to be stated verbatim). The prop was a greeting card. And the character was Arthur or Amy Masters, a fisherman or fisherwoman.
