My brother has told me recently that his girlfriend has been abused by her mother for several years. She has been stabbed with forks and knives, burned, hit, and now he is saying it's getting worse. He's considering calling CPS, which I'm encouraging. If he does call CPS, she will probably be placed with her grandparents who he said live about 4 hours away. He is worried that it will be the end of the relationship. Please pray with me that he will do the right thing and make the call to protect her.

NO ONE needs to be abused, no matter who the person is. I've been a victim. I know.

Have you tried talking with your home church? Does your brothers girlfriend attend church? The church might be able to help if she doesn't want to move far away.
