ARGH!!!!(please read)

Ok i can really be depressed at times and i just feel sad and lonely:( . I also get easily frustrated with stuff..like basketball...family..(etc.).:angry: . Can someone please give me some advice on how to control this...:( . I can use all the help i can get!

it's probably just a seasonal thing.. it's winter. The nights are longer, it gets dark fast, things aren't so "full of life" anymore. It gets the mindset down and puts us all in a funk. I get the same problem a lot around this time of year. It may help to find something or someone to be a constant "favorite". favorite socks, favorite tv show, ect. Something you can look forward to seeing or doing once a week or more. Idk what I'd do if I didn't get to see my bf now and then during winter. :P I'd be insanely crabby lol... but yeah, just mainly be aware of what you're saying to people so you don't accidentally snap on them. For me, I get out of this by being as much of a servant as I can during the shortened day, then during the night, it's Hatter's personal time. everyone back off :woohoo: :pinch:
