I may be bringing up an old topic, but I'd like to hear what you all think. I'm leaning towards supporting border patrol simply to protect our nation, but at the same time, I realize that this country was more or less founded by immigrants. Why stop now, right? Well, I'd say the threat of terrorism is a pretty good reason. At the same time, I've worked with children in school who were illegal immigrants. I felt no prejudice to them and I still don't, but if it comes down to it, they might be safer in Mexico... Like I said, I'm a little torn, but I still lean towards the guarded borders. Other thoughts?

i think we need a better border protection. i mean i think a terrorist can go to mexico and sneak into america. so i say the national border should have better protection.
