Umm... yah... So, at homecoming back in October, I met this guy who at the time seemed really really nice, and I thought we might go out. I called him a couple times, he called me a couple (less) times, we talked. But since he lives in another town, we never saw each other after homecoming. One Saturday, I go downstairs and watch a James Bond marathon, and this guy calls me nine times and I didn't hear the phone a single time. After that, he called me once during school, and since I didn't know what the Reject button on my phone was (FYI, I normally have the ringer on my phone on because no one calls me, usually) I opened and closed my phone before the teacher could hear. I didn't hear from him again that week. The next week, the guy's best friend (who goes to my school) tells me he got a girlfriend. By this point, I wasn't sure I wanted to date this guy, so to know he wasn't interested was a relief. But I was deeply stung by the fact that this guy didn't have the decency to tell me himself that he wasn't interested. Now, he's starting to talk to me again and I'm not sure how to handle it. Advice?
