so for the past year i have been having this on off addiction to energy drinks coffee and soda for a long time...soda not as bad as the rest...but yea so i knw they are bad and trust me i have had several experiances of scary side effects. Light headed, horrible headaches, stomache aches, irritablitly, and the feeling of my heart pounding out of my chest. anyways so my friends knw about this and tell me to stop and yeah i havent, i cant stop im in college now and i have loads of work and yeah.... they are bad for me but i cant stop and i knw God can help but this addiction has to end! any advice?

I can't help to much, but whenever you get the urge to drink a soda or energy drink, go for something healthier, like juice, milk,or water. I hope this helps.

sodas and enery drinks stink so i advies to get sleep and if you need a bust diink some coffey or a sports drink.
