i am just a little curious but when i read some of these forums somethimes i see people saying " you are told young to date " and stuff like that so i was just wondering how old do u think u should start dating???

Personally, I'm not into the typical dating concept. I'm planning on doing more of a 'courtship' thing, and carefully seeking God's guidance in each stage of a relationship, with marriage being a definite possibility. So I'm only going to 'date,' or whatever you want to call it, guys who have the qualities I'd want in a future husband. In light of that, I think that people shouldn't start dating unless they're ready for marriage in the near future. That could range anywhere from a very mature 17 to 21/2 and older, depending on your goals in life.
