well im cutting myself and i have had alout going on with school my ex boyfriend faimly Help and now im addicted to cutting my self HELP HELP

You need to talk a parent, pastor or someone older you trust who can help you. You need to stop no matter how hard it is, there are other ways of dealing with what you're going through. And pray too, lots. If you elaborate on the other things we might be able to help a bit better. My inbox is always open :)

i no what your going though.i did it last year.i no its hard to stop.i promised me freind i would stop,and i did.it was hard,but what u need to do is keep busy and never be near sharp thinks.if u wanna talk to me,it would be cool.im a good listener :]

it's not healthy to cut your self if you need help go to gods word
