Dieting and Exercising

I was wondering if you ladies had any good ideas for dieting and exercising? I don't need to lose too much, 20 pounds tops, and I don't want like a ton of muscles or anything, I just need to get a little more in shape/fit. So any advice is taken happily! Thank you and God Bless! P.S. I'm not crazy about salads, so know any good things to put in salads to make them tasty, yet still healthy? Zena :)

Zena :)[/quote] salad doesn't always have to be veggies. my personal favorite is fruity things :P then again, you could always just throw some grapes and apples into the veggie salad, and it would give you a good balance there.

I really think in the first place u should not be too worried about ur weight... we all love being skinny... but people should love u for who u are. well anywho you can just try to eat better... (don't eat constant sugar, only eat when u r hungry ect...) and you could try and start running, at first a little bit but then build up to longer, u may think 'i dont wanna run it wont help... blah blah blah' but just try. hope i could help:laugh:

[/quote] about that....... i agree but still the healthier u r now, the healthier u will be as an adult. and u will live longer
