Man ... my emotions are all over the place.. I go from okay to really sad... i dont know what to do.. Background info.. I got married.. then 4 days later my husband left for the military.. (training) then he came back for 2 weeks in Dec... and went back to training Jan3 its been over a month.. and now my emotions run up and down.. I'll be fine and happy and then I'll get into these moments where i want to cry.. ugh .. what is wrong with me. I have the Lord and he has given me so much peace. I just dont like going from happy to upset. ugh. Someone explain!

i would have to say i do that a lot, especially when im on my peroid . Why dont you try to think about all the things the Lord has blessed you with like your husband or your family...etc. Or you could try to praying.:)

I think that maybe this time I'm really alone.. my brother went back to Cali in Jan.. so i think that this time around I'm actually dealing with him being gone and i dont know how to handle it without having a distraction.

1st of all you are never alone. God is always with you. i understand that you feel completely helpless. maybe you can find some kind of club to join around your community. do not have any friends? you can do things with them. i mean if they are really your friend, they will be there for you.

Wow, I totally understand. When my bro left for the war I was sooo upset. I also get all crazy when things are going on that I can't control and so I'm 1happy and sad. I've had to learn to just lean into God. He totally understands
