Fell Off, Hard

Yesterday at my horse-back riding lesson, my horse bolted at a dead run. I tried my hardest to stop him, but that didn't work. He was running twords a fence so I grabbed his neck and swung my legs down to the ground. I landed on my shoulder, and my knee really hard. Today my back is hurting pretty bad. Any suggestions to get rid of the pain? Love you all- Paapaa
