Seriously. Fitness program using stripper moves. Even includes special offer for chair-dance how-to and a 'fitness' pole.

Yes, a "fitness" pole... because that's what it's for. Yeah, it's kind of sad. I had a friend in high school who, for her 16th birthday, invited everyone to a party at which pole dancing was taught in free lessons. SOOOooo not needed for that, or any age group.

It's only okay to do in private, with only your husband to watch. Although I have to admit, it seems like it would be a good work-out. I mean, you never see a fat stripper.

Depends on what kind of stripper/what they do Kat... But agreed, there is no need for it. It should be a private thing if you're that way inclined.

Y'know, I might be tempted to do the rapper-dance moves for a work out. More fun than pilates, but the whole chair and pole thing has pretty much put me off.

Yeah I agree. The whole dancing to fitness is a pretty cool idea, but the chair-dance and pole really put me off.
