There's this guy I know from a play I performed in last year, that will be going to the same school as me this year. During the play, he took advantage of me while he still had a girlfriend, and after I found out he was taken, I grew very angry towards this guy and just thinking of him makes me angry. I want to forive him for the way he treated me, but I don't know how. Please note: I never had sex with him! I never did anything sexual with him

I'm a really forgiving person, but I do know how hard it is to forgive sometimes. This guy did you wrong and it's ok to be a bit upset over it... for a while, but if you hold on to grudges for a long time it begins to destroy you. So, for your sake, just let it go. Take a deep breath, pray, and just try to forget about it. Maybe he feels bad about it... maybe not. It doesn't really matter eather way. just let it go.

Thank you all so much! THere are lots of other people I've been angry with (I'm a very grudge-holding person, sadly) and I'm starting to see results.
