Ok. I am having a lot a friend problems.... First of all, I have a friend that is really emo. Second, the girl who is emo gets mad easily. Third, I have a friend who gets really mad at people who are emo. I am stuck in between. We are all best friends. But I have a feeling that won't last much longer. They both send me emails talking about eachother, I don't say anything mean about either of them back, then they get mad. They both want to know whos side I'm on. I have been praying sooo much that our friendship would last, because we have known eachother for so long and have had so many great times together.:( I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. have any of yall had anything happen like this??? Please give me help!

ah yes the petty friend feud... I have the same issues with this one. Are any of them Christians? Either way, you could always throw scripture at them to at least stop the gossip. With getting them the love eachother, however, you may be out of luck. They'll have to work that out themselves. You may be able to help though if you throw out one nice thing about each person for every bad thing another has to say about them. Kill 'em with kindness approach. Be prepared with whatever you do though, they will not like it. It'll put them in a corner and they may strike out at you as well. Definatly pray for wisdom when this happens.

Please give me help![/quote] Let them know you don't want to take sides, and that you just want to stay friends with both of them. You need to be honest with them about how you feel about it. Otherwise, I'm not sure what else to say, except that I'll be praying.

Going off of that, if i were in the situation, i'd say something along the lines of "You know, you're a really great friend and I really love you like a sister, but the same also goes for her. I'd really appreciate it if you'd keep those kinds of comments to yourself because it really hurts to even think of gossiping badly about a good friend. I don't do it to you, so why would I do it to her? I'm only trying to protect everyone's feelings to avoid people from getting hurt, please help me do that."

Once again; That is really good advice... I am going to try these things you are telling me. I think they will all help. Tomorrow at school I will talk to them both. I hope it goes well. I am going to pray that it goes well!

Ok..... Heres how it went today..... Everybody took sides. Really it didn't work.. Our other friends took side with either 1 girl or the other. I am really mad right now.:pinch:
