Well, what do you think would happen when a superpowered teenage boy is using it in a car chase with other superpowered people?

he catches those f'ers and his car remains unscathed.... seriously though, i saw iron man 1. i screamed "NOOO" in the theater when he fell through his house and crushed his shelby cobra. but then i realized that it was probably only a clone and not the real thing since the real thing is much to valuable

They are chasing him. Much to his mother's dismay, Windspeed crashes that thing on multiple occasions. Not to mention he drives through vortexes and lands on other planets.

Ah... My apologies... I made the wrong argument... Sorry, I have heard the argument that he's not a superhero, and I wanted to make certain there was no doubt... :P Now for the proper one... Is it powers that make them super? If so, Iron Man, the X-Men, Doctor Strange, the Green Lanterns, Captain America, The Fantastic Four and even Superman can't be classified as super(just a start, too. In fact, nobody would be left). Iron Man is just a smart man who built a lot of suits... The X-Men? Just products of evolution... Doctor Strange just trained to learn magic... Green Lanterns are just space cops... Captain America and the Fantastic Four are products of science... Superman? He's just one of a race of aliens... What makes them super? Well, one definition is of high grade or quality, which Batman definitely fits, can you argue that he is a great man? Very large or powerful, Batman fits that easily, as he is extremely powerful in many ways... And you have to admit that mastering over 100 forms of martial arts by 37-39 (Batman's age today by the most accurate calculations I've seen) is simply not possible, so, if nothing else, he's super in that regard... :P

He's definitely "superior" to the average human.

I'm good as long as it doesn't turn into a chevy. :P
