HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE TO FORUM POSTS, MY EMAIL IS GETTING OVERLOADED WITH MESSAGES TELLING ME THAT THIER ARE NEW POSTS AND I'M TIRED OF IT!! PLEASE HELP ME!! Sorry but no one was helping me in the profile help section so i appealed to you here. :)

myPanel -> myMail -> Settings -> no email notification

I don't think it is working for me. I still get sent mypraise stuff about subscribed messages. :( Is there any other way?

what brotherredd said was to unsubscribe to personal messages. but i have no idea how to unsubscribe to forums
