For Kayla. The other morning I got this text from Sara saying, "It seems funny to imagine King David with a beard." From there our conversation is as follows: Kezia: I've never thought about King David having a beard. I associate the men in the Bible with beards as being old and I always think of David when he was younger. What made you say/think that? Sara: Yeah exactly! I never did either. But I was thinking about Matthew which CLEARLY leads on to thinking about beards (lol) and I was thinking about how I actually hate beards but I love when guys have them anyway, for the same reason that Matthew had one, and then I was thinking about how they look weird and then I was thinking about ho...w it's only recently it became weird and like in Bible times EVERYONE had a beard. And then I'm like, 'Oh hey. I never thought of David having a beard. Huh.' Kezia: I dislike facial hair. As weird as it sounds it gives me a rash, I guess that's why Logan grows a beard when I'm away and shaves it when he know he's seeing me! That thought ran through my head too, it was the done thing back then but it kind of seems weird nowadays... Sara: I dislike it too, but I have this conflict of interest thing happening :P Kezia: How unfortunate for both you and your future man! Sara: I know, right? lol. Kezia: Half smooth and half hairy?
