hey ppl, i have this friend named jerry!and my mom told me a few months ago that he liked me!! and we always walk around arm and arm or im on his back!!! we just goof off like that! we have been friends for about a year and we dont fight we just have fun and never are mad at each other lol! well 2 weeks ago a girl liked him and was trying to tell him not to hang out with me and i jsut wanted to go off on her and tell her we was just friend and this one girl came up to me and asked me if me n jerry where togetrher and i told her no than when i told my mom she said jsut go out with him! i like jerr bear and all but i like him as a friend and a girl at my church said he is going to ask me out but i dont want me to have to tell im no and i dont want it to be weird between me and jerry becasue he is like the only person i can talk to about anything! i love him like a brother and i have known for a while he has liked me and i jsut put it off becasue i didnt want to hurt him!!!!!!!!!! tell me what cha think

That can be really hard. Before he asks him out, try to hint towards friendship more than a relationship. Maybe catch him off guard by saying "Your a great [i]friend[/i]" or something of that nature. Don't overdo it though. If he still asks you out, tell him how you feel and trust that he'll still be your friend. Good luck!:)
