ladys, please comment after reading the following info: ok. most people already know this and dont care.. but some people dont.. ok. here it goes 2day in health, we learned like how to loose pounds in a healthy manner..... so... heres some advice if u think you need to loose some weight * eating healthy is the MAIN KEY. it is best for you, and it keeps you healthy and makes you feel healthy too * you need atleast 6 servings of grain a day (bread, rice, cereal...etc:) every day *2 to 3 servings of fruit a day *2 to 3 servings of veggies a day * 2-3 dairy products *and you dont need ANY sweets.. those items need to be limited *muscle is heavier than fat... so... if you exersize and you get on a scale and you were 112 before and now u r 114... and you have eaten healthy all day, you will loose weight.... but also you have gained muscle....... dont get discouraged if you find you have gained weight. it could be muscle *you can eat anything, just not alot of it *and most importantly to be on any diet and stay healthy, you need to keep a positive self image.. so ladies, please reply..... i would appreciate it
