I had a class with a guy this last year and in my yearbook he wrote something along the lines of "I love your smile and your really nice and sweet. Have a great summer make it a good one." I swear I've caught him looking at me before and I have other reasons (including what he wrote in my yearbook) to believe that he likes me. As far as I know he's Christian and he's really nice. How can you tell if guys like you? Do you think that guy might like me? What should I do? My cousin and a couple of my friends are convinced that he likes me 'cause they think that a guy wouldn't write something mushy like that in a girl's yearbook unless they liked her. Yes, I have his phone number. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Help!

I think he may like you. If he is always asking you questions about yourself, then that is a big sign that he likes you. If you always feel him staring at you when you're not looking, then that may mean he likes you. If he's always trying to avoid YOUR stares, that may mean he likes you. If you stares into your eyes when you talk to him, then that may mean he likes you. And since he wrote something sweet like that (assuming he normally doesn't do that for people's yearbooks) then I agree, that could kind of scream "I like you." Anyways, if he does most of those things up above, then I think he really likes you. I think he may like you, it sounds like he does. I say the best thing to do is ask him...talk to him about it...and pray that God will give you an answer. I hope this helps. I am kind of new to mypraize...

My advice is get to know him better as a friend. It seems like you know some things about him that [i]might[/i] be true (like if he's a Christian). That's a really important thing. I wouldn't worry too much about whether he likes you right now - there are some important things that you need to find out. Once you've developed a good friendship with him, then think about the possibility of taking it farther.

First of all, don't call him! I know it's almost 2007, but it's ok to be old fashioned in some areas. Girls that call guys are looked at differently, it's just the way the game is played. If he is interested, he will call you, and if he doesn't have your number, he will either ask you for it, or find someone that has it. Guys like to pursue, no matter what day and age we're in. Sometimes when we kinda like a guy, we read into things that they say and do in hopes that they like us back. Just relax, pray about it, and see what happens. If nothing else, be friends.
