yes she's saved, she's a very strong christian and today Rev.Elkins posted an update she's doing really good so heres the update Rebecca had a goodnight and a good day so far. She even requested cheesecake and chocolate covered pretzels so her sister went home and made her a cake this afternoon and we will get the pretzels when she can have more solid food later. She is definitely looking better each day and is more active today than yesterday. The swelling seems to stay down and we are so grateful for all the improvements, but she is still in ICU and will continued to be monitored there for at least another day or two with limited visitors. The family did meet with the oncologist today. As mentioned, they are still not sure if any of the tumor has spread to the spine . This is a great concern and would greatly affect future treatments. We are all praying that it hasn’t and God would continue to place His hand of healing on Rebecca. The next step is to wait for the neurosurgeon to determine if Rebecca needs a shunt implanted that would drain excess fluids on a more permanent basis. Regardless, Rebecca will definitely need an additional surgery to have a central line put in for use during chemotherapy. It is during this next surgery that she will have a lumbar puncture. The results of the puncture will help the doctors determine if the any of the tumor has spread to the spine. We don’t know when this surgery will be but will let you know as soon as we do. The family is checking out other opinions of treatment at Shands and St. Jude’s. Again, much of it depends on what stage Rebecca is at. The family is so thankful for your prayers and your support. It is very appreciated by all of them and is helping them stay so strong through all of this. God is so good. Keep praying!

*big hug* It's so sad when you hear about things like this. It proves that it can happen to anybody. That's why you need to be sure of your salvation. I hope she everything is okay. Btw, is this the Rebecca that goes to Trinity Baptist Church? If so, I've heard about her. My friend Justin goes there, and he's told us about her so we've all been praying for her as a class in homeroom. Even if it's not the same Rebecca, I will be praying for her.
