Ignore him, if he keeps doing it report him, and if he switches usernames or creates a new one, report it to one of the admins (joshua) as a last resort. He should not be going around asking young girls if they are hott. You can also try changing your privacy settings. Is this guy one of your buddies? If so, delete him.
