ok so next year im gonna be a freshman and i want to try out for the cheer squad now i have good form when i do the jumps but my legs dont get high enough. please help me also i keep falling when i do my forward walkover like i cant land. all tips will be appreciated much.

I tryed out for cheer, they only pic people if they fit in a sertain way.... I didnt get in because I am a clutz, and I messed up really bad. You leg thing wont matter, the weeks and weeks of hard streaching will help. Just try your best I hope that helped a bit

thx i tried out this year (8th grade) but you have to do this arm thing and i forgot to do that so i think thats why i didnt make it lol

i think that if and when you try out they want someone that is well prepared and knows her stuff. if they dont pick you they just rnt seeing the real u which is truley special and its not worth cheering if they only pick a certain type of person. mandi:silly:

It's not going to be easy at first but you really have to work on it. If you have a trampoline that would help to, give you the extra air you know. I could never land my front walk over right, I'm much better at a back walkover!:silly:
