I consider my self(when @ least I used 2) a tiny or small girl. But lately I'm been feeling very FAT. My thighs have always been big. But now my calfs r 2. and i used 2 be a squarish figure and now im a pear!!!!! Help can i tone my body .here r my stats age 12 weight around 100 height about 5 3 Help please

[i]I'm[/i] what you call "over weight". You seem perfectly fine for your size. Me on the other hand, I need to start dieting and working out. >_<

For your heighth, you are perfectly normal. I'm slightly taller than you and weigh about the same, trust me, you are normal.

ok im 12 i weigh 68 pnds and i am a i think hour glass shape! when i slide my hand sdown my torso it feels curvy so idk:blush:

K yea thx girls. I guess I'm [size=4]NOT FAT[/size] but is there a way i can make my thighs and calfs smaller?? I do sit-ups often and lift small weights.

the only reason your feeling "fat" and your legs and calfs are getting bigger is mostlikely your gaining muscle. im 5' 5'' and weigh way more than most girls thing i do, im working out constantly, i run track and play lacrosse and yes my legs and calfs are veryy muscular. Theres nothing i can do to make them skinner because the muscles are very essential in playing sports or being active. so dont think you "fat" just be happy you are gaining muscle and are staying fit.
