That'd be a tad difficult if you've never seen the show. It's complicated. However, I reccomend you rent the first season at a local movie rental.

The escaped prisoners, Sylar, the Company, perhaps Tracey Strauss, and Angela Petrelli... EDIT: Oh, and also Daphne.

Well actually the villans are the prisoners of floor 5, Peter's Dad, Pineheart, Claire, Dr. Sirresh, Ando, and now its Peter himself, all thanks to getting Sylar's ability from the future by becoming a future terrorist.
