ok, so, today at around 6:00 i got a call from my boyfriend saying that something is wrong. he got really quiet and it scared me and then i just knew something was wrong between us. so i asked if it was something at home. no. "is it something wrong at school?" "no. i'm, i'm just not a good boyfriend. i haven't kissed you." "you can't let something like a kiss get in the way of us like that, i want us to be based on something more." then the conversation kind of faded and he said that he was going to go. when he does this, usually i get the point and back off and stop calling, waiting on him to com eot me. but not this time. i knew something was wrong. so i went up to my room to use my cell phone becasue he doesnt recognise the number on it. "hey" he said ""hi" he sighed. "i thought that you got the point. i don't really wana talk about it." "why not? you can't let this stupid kiss get in the way..." "yeah but we can't just wait on it forever, it wouldn't be fair..." it got really awkward and silent. this is BAD when we're on the phone, it usually means that something not so good is about to happen. "are....are we, breaking up?" it took a while for him to answer so i started to cry. i didn't think that he had heard me, but appearently he had. "look, ansley, i'm, i'm sorry. i'm sorry i scared you." "well way to go, butthead. you scared the crap out of me." by this time i was shaking, i could barely keep control of myself. "no. we're not going to break up. listen, i love you. ill call you later." "i love you too" i managed. so if you can give me any advice at all, please do. i'm not sure if its awkward because we've known each other for so long, or if its that we may know each other a little too well, but, whatever it may be, i have yet to figur that out. so please, just give me any advice to keep "just another breakup to get over" from happening. i really love devin.... ~ <3 ~ big *red

its a weird relationship because you shouldn't BE in this relationship. i mean, your not marrying him in the next three years, or dont see him as a qualified husband, that you need to back up NOW and break up. i know it sounds harsh, but it is really the best thing to do. you might think your heartbroken, but i'm sure your future husband would be heart broken if he knew you were giving his love to someone else.
