...my mom and i can usually get along great. but lately, iguess b/c of the stress of christmas, she has been yelling at me alot and it is really making me mad. i dont kno if this will help but have u tried experimenting w/different types of music cause wenever i get really mad i jus listenin to a few songs from papa roach and it completely calm me down
