How would you handle abortion?

We already have a debate thread on abortion, but what I want to know is: Pretend you had control over all three branches of government, how would you handle the abortion issue? Leave abortion rights as they are? Exercise greater control over abortions? Exercise less control over abortions? Abolish abortion entirely? Something else? Feel free to explain

It's rare to see someone who thinks people should have the right to make decisions about their body while still holding that abortion is wrong. Dante
