Man!! Being baptised would have to be one of the best experiences of my life :] Since i got baptised i was wondering how your experiences of getting baptised were! mandi :silly:

Huzzah! :D Where was it? in a church or a body of water somewhere? Pastor or other? I was baptized in a lake by the best guy i've ever met. Joe White. Maybe you've heard of him. If not, look up some of his stuff. He may be the reason i'm still alive really. My favorite counselor was there, she had just started college really, so she wasn't too much older than me. She was the closest thing i had to a sister there. It was an awesome experience, bein baptized in a lake though. Especially knowing that a few days before, one of the campers was bitten by a poisonous snake in the lake and rushed to the ER. ;) He came back to camp a day or two later though and showed off the little diagrams the doctors had drawn all over him to track poison and stuff. XD That's how awesome the camp was. Kanakuk, gotta love it.

Me and my brothers got baptised and then the pastors daughter and my boyfriends brother. i havent heard of Joe White but i will DEFINITY look him up :]

It was about three or four years ago that I was baptized. I was eight years old and I had done it for the wrong reasons. Mainly because all my friends could take communion and I couldn't! Then a couple of months ago I did something terribly wrong, I felt like I needed to get re-baptized. So I talked to my parents about it, and then they told me no matter what I did, God would always cleanse me of my sins. So I have asked for God's forgiveness... and my life has been so much better since then! Congratulations on getting baptized! Love Always, Bonnie Irwin ;)
