but I haven't had a period for a few monthes and I'm starting to worry. I researched and it might be due to sudden increases in exercise, does that sound right? I'm only 14, so is it a problem if I don't get my period? There is absolutely no way I am pregnant, so I really don't know what's going on... help me.

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!! *glomp* Oh, and have you thought about going to the doctor? It could also be stress, change in diet etc etc etc

How many years have you been getting your period, and is it normally regular? By that, i mean same time and generally the same "behavior" or it every time. If you're normally irregular, then a couple months missed isn't a big deal. However, 4 months is strange. I'd keep a close eye out and possibly see a doc. Has anything else changed for you? Sudden gain/drop of weight, stress levels, joining a sport, ect?

:woohoo: *glomp* I'd go with what they said. I have a friend who would do that. She'd have it once for about a week and a half, then not again for three months, then again for a few days, etc. She went to the doctor, and they put her on birth control to regulate it. That might be what you need to do.

Is it bad if I don't get my period? And I have lost twelve pounds over the last couple months.
