you guys i really neeyou all to pray for me. i know why i have been feeling so depressed lately. it was my boyfriend. only i was denying it. he was really emotionally abusive and it was taking it's toll. we broke up today. and everyone is like you can do so much better than him, and find someone who will treat you right. i know i can, but it is still really hard because i really cared bout this guy. so i need you all to pray that i will be strong, hold my head high, and not let this get me down even more. :(

If he verbally abused you, then you don't need him back. You don't need someone who is only going to tear you down. You need someone who will lift you up. Maybe you could just take a break from guys. Get together with a few really good friends on a Friday night and go bowling or something. I know you can make it through this. I will be praying for you.
