I think it all comes down to this: God says to take care of our bodies. Prom is coming up. If my friend lent me the most gorgeous and expensive dress to wear, would I go, idk, say mudd wrestling in it? Would I pour punch on it? Or course not. It's a beautiful dress that shouldn't be ruined. Plus, it doesn't belong to me. Our bodies, whether we believe it or not, are beautiful, and they don't belong to us, they belong to God. He's lending us this body for use, and we must take good care of it.
