I totally found out what it's like to be as high as a kite off steriods today. Yay for being sick in America huh? :P Edit: Just to make it clear, it was totally legal.

Maybe I'm a little off about this, but ain't this a potentially risky topic? As in open up to further less than appropriate topics? Just an observation

haha kez! i know what you mean. my pneumonia medications had me seeing bright green outlines around people last year. i swear it was LSD. it was kind of trippy but i sure felt better. i hope you get better really soon! sorry youre sick on your vacation :(

I am going to trust my fellow forum members to be able to tell that keyseya is referring to legal, presumably prescribed, (if not prescribed than given under doctor's orders) drugs for what I am going to guess is some sort of respiratory health incident and not recreational drug use. Especially since she edited the OP to make sure that she mentions that it was legal. Just an observation.

Oh, it took me a minute, but I got it! Your allergies must be as bad as mine! I got put on steroids this week as well! Including my Zyrtec I normally take for it every day. The inside of my mouth feels like the Sahara Desert and I can't wrap my mind around ONE single thought at the time..Other than that I'm ...........ooooooooooooooooo.....cookies!!!!!!!!!!!!!.............wait......where was I??????

Shaun, I see your point but we have enough Admin on here to keep this thread safe. I have bronchitis and as Gamester said I edited my post to let y'all know loud and clear that it was legal, eg. prescribed. Matt, I'm totally the same! And I do feel a tad better thanks. I've gone from being curled up on the couch and feeling like dying to feeling like I have a normal cold. Which is a good thing cause I'm now in Texas and it's 90 degrees out. Oh my word Kathi I'm the same! I literally conked out in church last week. Could barely breathe, was lethargic as etc etc. Gah!

I went to the doctor....honest? I still feel like I'm sitting somewhere in the desert...I have OCD raging...can't concentrate, think...or anything...found out I have some other medical issues. Have to have some test run...He found out I'm not taking my medications. I'm in the dog house with him...I think I'm on his list, you know, the one I don't want to be on, but I can't decide if I want to get compliant or not. My best friend is ready to get me, my son that is in the Army says this "I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV" *rolls eyes at him yet again*...but I digress...I should have taken a few weeks off of school and recuperated or something.

Yeah, when I tore my MCL they had me on essentially Vicodin. However, I felt no effects from it.
