ok well my dad's side of the family has a big problem with being overweight like in the high 200 and i am afraid that i might get that way too, right now my friends say that i am under weight and i will never be overweight but i don't think that is true, i weigh 100 and turning 15, and i eat sooooo much like i will never eat again. and it really bothers my dad b/c he used to eat the same way and now he is overweight, he said that it is just my motabolism keeping me looking good, but it will catch up to me. so are there any suggestions for loosing my bad habbit???
