well i have to say that you can't control what the guy feels. and its not that your less pretty or less smart or whatever, Trust me i have a friend who is drop dead gorgeous but she's never had a boyfriend, and i have. It has to do with the guy in question. I know it sucks cause you liked him first but don't worry about it too much and don't let it get in the way of your friendship. Guys will come and go but true friends are hard to find. be happy for your friend and pray for them and pray for you that jelousy won't become a factor. I hope this helps.
