Asides from the past two years of her continually rubbing me the wrong way? Asides from her not wanting me at the hospital at the start of the year when Logan was in there? *sigh* I'm just venting now but Logan had a really bad migraine today, so bad that he couldn't lie down because when he did he threw up (which he did multiple times poor boy). A lady from his work took him into the doctors this afternoon, which I found out about through calling his work because I needed to talk to a colleague of his who's a friend. Anyway, what I didn't know was that he didn't have his phones with him until his mum called me. She talked for about 5 minutes before finally pausing to let me get a word in. It's nice that she let me know but i find it frustrating because although she knows and acknowledge how serious we are when he's sick/she's looking after him she keeps me at an arms length (and we're talking elastagirl here) and tells me nothing/encourages me to go away. She gets upset with Logan when he tells me things like his sister is pregnant (only the family knows so far, not sure why it's such a secret cause everyone knows her and her friend (long story) were trying) and stuff like that. I guess I find it such a contrast because Logan is part of my family; heck, he was in official wedding photos less than 6 months after we'd started dating! And yet Linley says I'm part of the family when really I only am once in a blue moon when it's convenient...

*run-jump-tackle hugs* Mother-in-laws have this weird thing with their sons if they don't feel confident enough in them selves. Sorry she's so insecure in her and her son's relationship. With time, I hope that things will get better. If anyone can win her over, you can, Missy. I'll be praying.
