ok so does anyone have any good advice about how to stop biting your nails? iv done it since i can remember n i think at 17 its definatly time to stop!

Do you bite them to just to have something to bite? If so you should try chewing gum.

MY NAILS R REALLY THIN SO THEY BREAK ALL THE TIME. IC WOULD GET SHORT FAKE NAILS BEACUSE U WOULD PROB'LY HAVE A HARD TIME BITEING OFF THE SUCKERS IF NOT JUST CHEW GUM GOOD LUCK!:woohoo:
