Nope. You just go to the webpage I linked to. You can even go there now just to get a feel for it while you're by yourself.

How about everyone list the dates of their availability on weekends with the actual day by it (example: Friday the 3rd, Saturday the 18th, etc) and we'll go with the date(s) that the most people are able to make it on? Edit: Actually, it'd prolly be better marked like 6/3 Fri, 6/18 Sat, 7/10 Sun, etc. And Kaussies, that means you gotta put it in mm/dd format. ;)

HECK NO. I use the only sensible format there is, and I shall write in the dates in NZ, none of this timezone business. You can work it out this time it's your turn. 3/6 Friday, and.. uh.. crap that's about it for weekends until like July :/

I agree with Sara about 3/6 but I'd also like to add 25/6. Apart from that chat will most likely be out for me until October.
